Pause before responding.
Breathe. Let go of the need to impress, help, or fix.
Whisper (internally or aloud):
“My presence is enough.”
Notice how your energy shifts — softer, steadier, more you.

Write it like a release. No edits. No expectations.
🕊 You are not loved for your output.
