A Nervous System + Manifestation Experience
10•26•26
See it. Feel it. Create it.
Don't wait for January. You don't need a new year to begin a new chapter.
The Year-End Breakthrough is a live virtual group experience created to help you connect with what you want to create before the end of 2026. Through guided visualization, nervous system awareness, gentle somatic practices, Reiki, manifestation, and intentional goal setting, you'll slow down, connect with your vision, notice how your body responds to moving toward something new, and leave with a clear path forward.
See It
Use guided visualization to connect with what you want to create and how you want to feel by the end of 2026.
Feel It
Bring your nervous system into the process through gentle somatic practices, and explore what it feels like in your body to move toward something new.
Create It
Turn your vision into intentional goals and simple next steps with your guided Year-End Breakthrough Plan.
The experience may include
- Guided visualization
- Manifestation and intention setting
- Nervous system awareness
