They happen when:

  • You’re healing something

  • You’re integrating something

  • You’re exhausted

  • Or you simply need a spiritual sabbath — a rest from seeking

Even the moon disappears. And no one questions its light.

Try this — no pressure, no expectations:

  1. Sit quietly and say:
    “I don’t feel connected right now.”

  2. Breathe. Let that truth exist without needing to fix it.

  3. Whisper:
    “And still, I am sacred.”

Let that be your only prayer for now.

A nap.
A walk.
