🌼 There’s Nothing Wrong With Where You Are

You are not off track. You are exactly where your soul needs to be.

It’s easy to believe you should be somewhere else by now.

Further along.
More healed.
More certain.
More together.

But that belief comes from the noise — not your knowing.
It comes from timelines built on urgency, not intuition.

And today, softly, I want to tell you:

You are not behind.
You are not broken.
You are not lost.
You are simply here.
And here is enough.

🌿 Where you are right now — emotionally, spiritually, physically — is part of the path.

Even if it feels:

  • Messy

  • Unclear

  • Uncertain

  • Slow

Even if it’s full of questions, grief, boredom, or becoming.
It’s still sacred.

You don’t have to wait for clarity to claim your wholeness.

🌙 You are allowed to honor this version of you.

The one who’s tired.
The one who’s unsure.
The one who hasn’t figured it all out yet.

This version is not a placeholder.
She is worthy of celebration now.

Your life doesn’t have to be extraordinary to be holy.
This moment — this breath — this you is enough.

✨ A Practice for Meeting Yourself Where You Are

  1. Sit or lie down somewhere still.

  2. Say aloud:
    “There’s nothing wrong with me.”
“There’s nothing wrong with where I am.”

  3. Feel into the truth of it. Let it settle.

  4. Whisper: “This is enough. I am enough.”

You don’t need to move to be valid.

💭 A Journal Prompt

“If I trusted that this season is meaningful — even if I don’t understand it — how would I treat myself differently?”

Write without editing. Let your tenderness lead the way.

🕊 This isn’t the wrong place.

It’s the right place for the next part of your becoming.

Not because it feels easy.
But because it’s true.

You don’t need to fight your season.
You just need to stay with it — and trust that it’s shaping something beautiful in you.

There’s nothing wrong with where you are.
There’s only room for softness, stillness, and sacred return.
